About

"I won't hand you someone else's playbook. I'll guide you to create your own and lead from there."
I'm a leadership strategist, executive coach, and trusted advisor to high-performing founders, CEOs, and change-makers navigating critical inflection points.
My expertise is built on over two decades across Wall Street, Fortune 500 companies, and entrepreneurial ventures, where I served as both an internal leader and external consultant in human capital management for American Express, Pfizer, Deutsche Bank, and others.
Internally, I led talent and leadership development initiatives for thousands of people, guiding elite-performers to new levels of their careers. Externally, I was called upon to innovate solutions for complex leadership and business challenges.
My journey to Wall St. wasn't linear.
Before corporate life, I invested a decade in direct client care in psychiatric hospitals, correctional facilities, community mental health organizations, and an AIDS service organization at the height of that crisis. Those experiences taught me how to hold space for what is raw, real, and unresolved in leadership and in life.
But it was a near-fatal health crisis that transformed my entire approach.
While working in banking, my team of doctors told me I had reached the limits of Western medicine and to "go pray." That devastating moment became the catalyst for a journey that would transform my understanding of leadership itself. I embarked on an adventure across this great land, where I came into deep connection with Nature and indigenous wisdom traditions that revealed leadership principles far older—and applicable to today—than much of modern business theory.
Today, I'm developing a new leadership model, one that blends the modern art and science of leadership with ancient and indigenous wisdom traditions. I've invested years studying with Lakota elders and other indigenous teachers, recognizing these teachings as a science far older than we can comprehend.
I hold a Master's in Management and post-Master's Certificate in Organizational Development. I am a certified Integrative Health Coach from Duke University, and trained as an Emergency Medicine Technician (EMT-B) at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Leaders who work with me don't just solve their immediate challenges, they fundamentally transform how they show up in the world for their businesses, their families, and themselves.
My work with clients has been described as being "initiatory."
I'm deeply grateful to my elders who continue to teach me how walk the Red Road in the Lakota tradition, a path that inform how I live, lead, and serve.
